1. General Return Guidelines

These are Difus' general return guidelines that apply only to products listed on the Difus.com.ve website as "Sold and shipped by Difus". All Returns must comply with the general guidelines for the individual return policy to apply.

Products received by Difus under any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be refused:

Any product not purchased from Difus.

Any product not showing the described reason for return.

Any product with a missing, damaged, altered or illegible serial number label, manufacturer's model or part number label, and/or warranty label.

Any product that is returned without the original packaging and accessories, including the box, manuals, cables and all other items originally included with the product. 

Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.

Any product that shows physical damage. If you received a damaged product, please read our report a shipping problem article for instructions and directions on how to resolve this problem. This would not be considered a return.

Any product for which you have mailed a refund.

Any product that appears altered, customized or tampered with in any way.

Refund returns received in this condition may incur rejection. 

      1. Standard Returns Policy

Return for refund within 15 days.

This is our standard return policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which Difus states that "This item may be returned for a replacement or refund only within 15 days") must be returned to Difus within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply.

Point-of-Sale Products:

Certain items cannot be returned, including software, custom labels and opened supplies (which include, but are not limited to, labels, ribbons, receipt paper, receipt ribbons, print heads, cards, rfid tags).

Any product returned with customer made markings or writings on the original box is not eligible for return.

      1. Replacement only return policy

Return for refund within non-refundable

Return for replacement within 15 days.

This is our replacement-only return policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which Difus states "This item may be returned for a replacement only within 15 days") must be returned to Difus within 15 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy can only be returned for a replacement of the same item. If the original item is no longer available, a refund will be issued in the amount of the price originally paid. Products subject to this policy cannot be returned for a refund.

      1. Manufacturer's Return Policy Only

Return for refund within non-refundable.

This is our manufacturer's only return policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which difus states that "this item cannot be returned for a replacement or refund") cannot be returned to difus. These products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty which can be obtained by contacting the applicable manufacturer for assistance. After Purchase.



Consumable Product Return Policy

Return for refund within non-refundable.

This is our return policy for consumable products. Items covered by this policy (those products for which Difus states "This item cannot be returned for a replacement or refund if opened") cannot be returned to Difus.

Consumable items are items such as printer ink and toner cartridges, CD/DVD media, retail packaged software, downloadable software, paper products, etc. that are consumed once they are used.



      1. Order processing time

Difus' order processing time before leaving the warehouse is 1-2 business days for products sold and shipped by Difus.

Order processing time for products sold and shipped by marketplace vendors is 1 to 3 business days.

Once Tracking Information has been generated for your order, you will be notified by email. Once the carrier has scanned the package, the tracking status will show an origin scan or similar. Your package should be delivered within the shipping timeframe you selected.

If an item will take longer to ship, the additional time period will be noted on the item page (for example, system builds that must be assembled and tested, and overseas items that may also take longer to ship).

If Tracking Information is not available, you can check back later in the evening or the next business day.

      1. Tracking an Order

To check the status of an order, scroll to the lower left corner of the Difus website. Then click on the track an order option under the Customer Service heading. We will also automatically email you when your order is charged and again when it ships.

 Returns received under any of the following conditions may be refused or may receive a partial refund.

Items that are not in original condition, damaged, missing accessories, retail box, UPC code or show obvious misuse not due to Difus error.

Physical damage to the user

Up to 50% of the purchase price of the item.

Rejected items will be returned to the customer.

Opened laptops, desktops, tablets and TVs, not defective, in their original condition and within the return policy window 75% of the purchase price of the item.

Opened physical software, DVDs, shrink-wrapped games and ALL downloadable software not due to Difus error 0% of item purchase price (non-refundable).

      1. Final Sale Product

Sales are final, no refunds/exchanges/replacements.

      1. Downloadable Software

Difus Downloadable Software Policy:

All sales of downloadable software applications are final.

Difus does not accept returns of downloadable software.

Please verify the purchase quantity before proceeding.

The software may require you to use a computer or other device that meets minimum system requirements, and you are responsible for ensuring that your computer or device meets the system requirements prior to purchase. In general, software system requirements are available on or from the product detail pages. Once you have purchased a downloadable product, you will we recommend that you download it, if applicable, and access it promptly to ensure that you have received it. You are responsible for downloading and confirming your ability to access the software within thirty (15) days of purchase and bear the risk of subsequent loss, including any loss due to computer or hard drive failure. Generally, we will continue to make purchased software available on Difus' order history page for activations or additional copies even after this thirty (15) day period, but we may, from time to time, remove without notice due to licensing restrictions of the supplier of the Software or for other reasons Difus will not be liable to you if any Software is removed from Difus' order history page or otherwise ceases to be available for activation or additional copies. If you are unable to successfully download or access an Application after reviewing our online help resources, please contact Difus customer service via WhatsApp.
